The Vineyard: the vineyard includes 5 acres of Chardonnay, 1 1/2 acres of Merlot and 1 1/2 acres of Pinot Noir.
The back lot: the back lot is on the market and used to be one with our present property. You can rejoin the two and build a winery!

It appears that our precious vineyard is sold to some folks with plans to do the vineyard justice. That will be very gratifying.
